Right of withdrawal
Withdraw from the contract
Changed your mind? You may withdraw from your order without giving any reason. The form below records your withdrawal: you receive an acknowledgement straight away, and I then refund your payment in full, including the original delivery costs.
Except for bespoke orders, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, this right applies from the moment your order is confirmed until:
- 14 days after your parcel arrives for parcel deliveries. The refund is in full, including the original delivery costs.
- the collection of your order, in the case of collection from the studio. A full refund will be issued.
Depending on the order status, the refund will be processed shortly, or once the product(s) have been returned in good condition. See the Terms and Conditions for further details.
You do not have to give a reason, nevertheless I would be interested to hear your reasons, if you are willing to share them.
For your information, please note that bank charges will still be deducted from the seller’s account.

What happens next
If your order has not yet been collected or dispatched: your payment will be refunded in full, including the original delivery costs, using the same payment method, no later than 14 days after your declaration.
For parcel deliveries, if your parcel has already shipped, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it at your own expense. The pieces should travel well protected: reuse the original packaging if you can.
An item received in a damaged condition due to your own fault will not be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a bespoke item made to your specifications (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
