A story of patience
The artist
Charlotte Leroux is a ceramic artist based in Aix-en-Provence. After eleven years in engineering, she turned to clay full time. This medium allows her to explore shapes, volumes, and contrasts with patience and precision.
She began by taking evening classes before moving on to work entirely independently. Over the past ten years she has honed her technical skills and now chooses her materials with care, creating unique ceramic pieces designed to find their place in curated and distinctive interiors.

A Silent Dialogue
The art
Each of Charlotte’s creations emerges from a thoughtful dialogue between material, the artist’s hand, and space. Her sculptures and artworks are distinguished by their clean lines and a style designed with finesse.
From a distance, they gently catch the eye; up close, they reveal patterns, textures, and color contrasts that invite you to linger. Open to interpretation, her works can be chosen to transform an interior or to nurture a personal relationship with art.

A space dedicated to collaboration
The studio
Charlotte works in a shared studio in Aix-en-Provence, France. L’Atelier des Potiers is also where she was able to receive training from Christophe de Mons early in her journey. This space allows her to share equipment—particularly the kiln—while ensuring her practice is resource-conscious.
Here, she carefully crafts each piece, from the initial design to the final details, to create unique, durable works that easily fit into a variety of environments.
